I pray that God will give you the will and energy to do what will give him the most pleasure. God put it in the heart of Nehemiah to gather the nobles  -Neh7:5, he put it in the heart of Titus to care for his church -2Cor8:16. He will put good things in your heart.

Doing good work is not enough , you need faithful people who will be able to sustain the good work and also teach others. Nehemiah committed the  work of  watching the walls of Jerusalem to Hananiah the ruler of the palace because he was a faithful man – Nehemiah 7:5-6. He feared God more than most people! God is looking for people who will continue with the good works we have started. That person needs not be our family members or friends. God said this about Abraham “I’ve settled on him as the one to train his children and future family to observe God’s way of life, live kindly and generously and fairly, so that God can complete in Abraham what he promised him” Genesis18:16-17 (Msg).
