There are two things we can learn from the life of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth – she dedicated herself to serve the people and also draw her strength from her Faith in God!

May the Lord comfort the royal family and the people of the United Kingdom.

Faith empowers , that is why we need to understand faith and live by our Faith.

Death is our gateway to glory and the key question is not how long we live but how well God is pleased with us.

God created us for His pleasure! Rev4:11.

We must never forget that and the only way to please him is when we live by Faith.

We can tell when we are in faith when our live is moderated by what God said us personally and not based on how people treat us or our experiences of life.

We can be celebrated by people, however God’s pleasure in us is the most important thing.

We must live to please God!!!

Stephen was a man full of faith and Holy Spirit (Acts6). He was one of the deacons appointed to serve as an usher. God gave him the ability to preach powerful message but people lied on him. They attacked him and stoned him to death.

I am sure he didn’t live long like Her Majesty the Queen, He didn’t have security to prevent him from being stoned to death, he did not even receive a royal burial ceremony. However, he died well and his life pleased Jesus!

Before he died he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God-Acts7:56”

The only time it was recorded that Jesus got up from the right hand of God was when Stephen was stoned to death.

What a Honour?
Stephen did not get a royal or state burial but every Beings in heaven gave him a standing ovation at his death.
