As 2019 comes to an end , we need to remind our self that we are in a relay race. Some people started before us and they are resting waiting for us to come before they can receive their reward. Heb11:40 says God planned something better for us. He wanted to make us perfect. Of course, he wanted those great people to be made perfect too, but not before we could all enjoy that blessing together.
It is important for us to review how well we are doing. WHAT DID I DO FOR JESUS IN 2019? Most of us can talk about what Jesus did for us but we seldom talk about what we did for Jesus. Jesus said in John 15:16 You did not choose me. I chose you. And I gave you this work: to go and produce fruit-fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you anything you ask for in my name.
So we have set Sunday 29/12/19 aside at our church to reflect on 2019 and then plan for 2020. We are going to look at what worked well in 2019, what we need to stop and what we need to start doing in 2020. I want to encourage you to reflect on 2019 before it comes to an end. I have attached a copy of our goal setting form for you to help you in looking at various areas. Of course the Lord gave us great word for 2020. 2020 is the year of Divine Revelation. Its the YEAR OF THE LORD and BEAUTIFUL YEAR.
So write your goals for 2020 and set your expectation.
