You will not have to wait any longer. The days in which prophecies fail are over. God said “the days draw near as well as the fulfilment of every vision. For there will no longer be any false and empty vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel. For I the Lord will speak, and whatever word I speak will be accomplished” Eze12:23-25. God said in the book of revelation that his word will come to pass as he has declared it to his prophets. In the kingdom of God, God declares things before it happens. Rev10:6-7 says No more delay! For in the day when the seventh angel is to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.

Eat the word – Eating the word of God means meditate on it. Think about it and carefully consider it.  God’s words are a doorway that lets in light, giving understanding to the thoughtless. There are two parts to the word of God – It is sweet because it is good news, it is also the truth – and the truth is bitter. Psalm 119:103 says “How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” We must meditate on the word of to get both the sweet and the sour taste (the truth).  Revelation 10:9 -10 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
