I heard this word in my spirit as I was having lunch this afternoon “Pay attention to underlying health problems” and the Holy Spirit prompted me to go and check number of deaths in England  in the past 5 years and you will be amazed about what I found out. I got my data from ONS.gov.uk.

Firstly , I want comfort all those who have lost their family members with the name of Jesus. The only thing I have to give you at this time is the name of Jesus because in that name is the EVERLASTING FATHER (who will comfort you) and the PRINCE OF PEACE (who will give you the ability to stay calm in this trying period).

I want you to take note of the following points I got from the data that I analysed:

1. Over 180,000 have died since the beginning of this year we actually didn’t hear anything about that number!  More people died in the month of January in the last 8 years than other months. The fact that you are reading this post is something to give thanks for and ask yourself the question – why has God kept me alive because I could have been counted among those numbers. Since you survived Jan-20, you will survive the rest of the year, however we need listen to the Holy Spirit and deal with our underlying health issues.
2. Between 1^st Jan-10^th of April, 26,671 have died of respiratory infection and 10,335 have Covid-19 recorded on their death certificate.  This means MORE PEOPLE HAVE DIED from non COVID related infections.
3. The data also showed the number of deaths is usually lower in the summer months!!! This is very interesting.

People don’t make noise about other causes of death like Covid-19. We have never supported people dying of cancer like we have done for Covid-19. Maybe if we have, we will have some of the over 56,000 that died in Jan-20 alive today.

Underlying health problems are conditions or factors that exposes you to risks of getting or dying from other infections. It has been documented that most people with mental health problems have underlying health problems.

When was the last time you went to your GP for Physical health check? You are supposed to do this yearly especially if you are over 40 years. If you do not engage regularly in cardiovascular exercise (walking, running…) you are at risk of having certain illnesses. Have you thought about your weight? Whatever about getting good sleep. The Holy book says it is a waste of time to get up early and stay up late, trying to make a living. The Lord provides for those he loves, even while they are sleeping -Ps127:2 SLEEPING will make you get ideas that will help what you are working hard for with easy! Think about eating well- eat vegetables and fruits and drink enough water.

People wear mask for Covid-19 but won’t wear mask in a polluted environment! We wash hands regularly because of Covid-19, this needs to continue to prevent the spread of other infections. We need to form some new habits during and after Covid-19.

I am writing to you this today from 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospered. Do not just pray for good health, DO SOMETHING TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH. We need to do something in addition to praying!!!

We need to take care of underlying health conditions in our lives, the state of our mind is important. Proverbs 17:22 says A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit dried the bones. Do not watch movie or listen to people that will make you feel lonely, look for something that will make you laugh. How about playing a music that will make you rejoice, shout and dance? Look for something that will lift your spirit.

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, gladden yourselves in Him]; again, I say, Rejoice!-Phil4:4. A Christian who doesn’t amount to much in this world should be glad, for he is great in the Lord’s sight- James1:9. Therefore , REJOICE!!!

Finally, Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, I AM REDEEMED from hidden dangers, deadly diseases, terror by night and terrible suffering that comes at noon ( Psalm 107:2,Ps91:5-6).

I have the name of JESUS and everything I need is in that name. According to Isa9: 6, I will have a Wonderful experience through the name of Jesus, I will get the right Counsel through the name of Jesus, I will experience the Almighty God through the name of Jesus, I will experience the comfort of  The everlasting Father and enjoy The Prince of Peace.
