The LOG in my EYE! (Textword201122).

November 20, 2022

May the Lord open our spiritual eyes so we can see things from a different perspective.

People expect their spiritual leaders to be perfect not knowing that we are all Priests and Kings to our God.

Ok, nobody helped me- did I consult them before taking my decisions?

Hmmm, we even blame God for not helping! We left God’s plan for our life that is already blessed and expect him to bless our plans.

We complained people are not kind when actually we have not given to much people this year (only our family members and on their birthdays! Hmm, Some even forgot!).

The scripture says , it is more blessed to give than to receive. We always expect the rich to give not knowing the rich are not really rich but living on credit cards and loans!

We need to STOP this entiltment mentality!

Gal6:7 says God is not mocked. Whatever I sowed into my life is what I will reap. I really want you to read that scripture – it will tell you who you really are!

Yes, Heb4:12 say the word of God will tell us who we really are – it’s reveals the real motive why we do things!

God expect all of us to worship him by the way we live our lives. Don’t worry about the other person . Just ask God “What do you want me to do?” How should I approach this situation?

We need to look at this thing called “Blame game” and take responsibility for our actions!

The only person that will tell whether we are right or wrong is God.

I have changed my definition of SIN to include things that we will normally not consider as sin.

James 4:17 says “So if you know of an opportunity to do the right thing today, yet you refrain from doing it, you’re guilty of sin”.

We expect people to ask or beg us to do the right things …..Hmmm.

People expect you to be perfect when they themselve are not perfect!

Who are you to JUDGE another man’s servant? Becareful because God is able to make that person right Rm14.

Ok, Moses married another wife (someone they didn’t expect) and they complained against him. Hmmm, God punished those who complained and not Moses – NUM12:1.

There are so many things going on in peoples lives that we don’t know so let’s mind our business.

Someone once complained to a Bishop that a pastor posted to a village drinks. The Bishop told the person, I don’t have enough pastor to go round all the centers, if I ask you to go to a village to pastor – will you go? I am not saying it is right for the Pastor to drink neither did I say Bishop’s answer was right – let’s reflect on the conversation.

I know what it means to Pastor in a village because my father was a reverend and I attend 5 schools in 6 years

Two situations that look alike do not have the same impact because the circumstances are different!

Insanity is doing things the same way and expecting a different result!

Here is the begining of the conclusion:
Let’s mind our own business and run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:2-2 KJV
.

May the Lord give you understanding!.

May the Lord give you understanding and hope!
Have a lovely day
